This website is owned and operated by Hero's Journey Return [Aaron Dunbar]. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors access to Tarot Appointments and to workshops and events. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all modifications hereto.
Users of this website should occasionally check for any changes to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this website following any changes signifies your acceptance to those changes.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
SERVICES
The Services provided by Aaron include Tarot Appointments, Alchemical Guidance Appointments, Ceremonies, Workshops and Events.
Aaron does not diagnose medical conditions nor does he prescribe or perform medical treatment or substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. By using these services you understand that these services do not take the place of medical care.
Aaron shall not be held liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by or from any treatment and guidance given during a session, on this website or in any related publications. If you have any medical conditions that you are concerned with, whether physical or psychological, we recommend that you seek professional medical advice. Any reference made during a session to a medical condition is not a substitute to treatment by the medical professional.

Aaron does not assume and hereby disclaim any liability, loss or damages caused by any information, suggestion or advice provided, of whatever nature.

SESSION RECORDINGS
​
All sessions will be recorded & photos of the cards drawn in the reading taken, if permission is given by the client. These recordings/ photos & the natal charts of clients will be held for a minimum of three months following the session. Clients are able to request a copy of the recordings/ photos/ chart at any time within those three months, or for these to be deleted. After the three months these will be deleted by Hero's Journey Return & will no longer be available to the client.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS/ REFUNDS

Appointments are non-refundable unless correctly cancelled, with at least 48 hours notice and using the 'Cancel/ Reschedule' button on the original booking confirmation email.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Company, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, agents and all other individuals and organisations providing services on behalf of The Company from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including, but not limited to, legal fees arising from (a) your use of any part of this website, Site Material, products or related services or any information posted by you on this website; (b) your use of any Submitted Materials, products or services offered by third-parties through this website, including, without limitation and damage to any software or hardware as a result of any viruses; (c) your download and/or use of any of the software available for download through any part of this website; (d) the suspension or termination of your Membership as provided in this Agreement; or (e) your alleged breach of this Agreement.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user of this website you agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration process and that you will update the information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You agree that you will use this website for lawful purposes only and that you will not use the facilities to conduct or perpetrate prohibited conduct.

SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Terms and Conditions shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. Aaron reserves the right to terminate or block your access to the site and/or his services at his discretion, without notice or explanation, if you are, or are suspected to be in breach of these terms.
The data contained on this website is the sole property of Hero's Journey Return (Aaron Dunbar). This website must not be used for any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity. You may not use any content of this website without limitation and my permission. You must not use this website in any manner whatsoever, in relation to any malicious computer software.
